• ► How do I pair my SuperTooth CRYSTAL with a Bluetooth mobile phone?

  • 1- From OFF and not connected to its charger, press and hold the Power switch button for 10 seconds until the Led Indicator  turns blinking red/blue. The handsfree kit is now in pairing mode.

    2- While the handsfree kit is in pairing mode, access the Bluetooth menu of your phone. Turn on the Bluetooth function and execute a Bluetooth search. (See your phone’s manual.)

    3- When the phone displays the list of Bluetooth devices, select ST CRYSTAL.

    4- If the phone asks for the password/pin code, enter 0000 and press Ok.

    5- The handsfree kit is now ready to use.

• ► How do I know when the SuperTooth CRYSTAL is running out of battery and needs to be re-charged?

  • When the battery is low, the LED indicator light will flash red and beeps will be heart each 30 seconds.

• ► While charging my SuperTooth CRYSTAL, how do I know when the battery is fully charged?

  • The LED indicator light on the SuperTooth CRYSTAL will turn steady orange while charging.  When charging is complete, it will turn steady green.

• ► The SuperTooth CRYSTAL was left switched on, but it doesn’t reconnect automatically with my paired phone when within Bluetooth operating range. What should I do?

  • - Enable automatic connection with the SuperTooth CRYSTAL, this is located in the Bluetooth menu of your mobile phone (refer to your phone’s user guide).

    - Have you disconnected the SuperTooth CRYSTAL via the phone menu? If so, please restore Bluetooth connection from in your phone menu.

    - The SuperTooth CRYSTALis connected with two phones and the other phone remained connected with the kit. Reconnect the SuperTooth CRYSTAL via the menu of your phone.

• ► The SuperTooth CRYSTAL is paired and connected with my phone but there is no sound in it during calls

  • The problem can come from the connected phone.
    Switch off the SuperTooth Crystal. Switch off the phone completely (not only in standby). Remove the battery of the phone (if it is possible) and wait for one minute. Put the battery back in the phone and switch it on. Switch on the SuperTooth Crystal. Both devices will reconnect.

• ► How do I clear the pairing settings of my SuperTooth CRYSTAL:

  • From OFF, press and hold the Power switch button of the handsfree kit for 10 seconds until the LED Indicator turns blinking red/blue, then press and hold End / Reject Button until you hear a beep. All pairings of the kit have been erased.

• ► Hardware resetting of my SuperTooth CRYSTAL:

  • Press and hold the Power switch button of the handsfree kit for over 40 seconds until the SuperTooth Crystal turns off. You can now switch on the SuperTooth Crystal, it will be resetted.

SUPERTOOTH® CRYSTAL is a Bluetooth handsfree kit compatible with all Bluetooth phones. It supports handsfree and headset profiles, call waiting, A2DP Music and Navigation instructions from your smartphone. It also has advanced functions such as : Multi-point Connection, Multi-pairing, Auto-reconnection and Full DSP Noise Cancellation/Echo Cancellation. It is designed for easy handsfree operation and superior performance.

Don't forget : Drive safely and within the law.
Check if the national or local legislation in force in your country does not limit the use of mobile phones while driving. It is up to the user of this product to respect the said legislation in the area where he/she lives.





Functions




 

Pairing procedure


Pair the SUPERTOOTH® CRYSTAL to your Bluetooth mobile phone to create the link or audio connection between the two. The pairing process is required only once for each phone.

1) Pair your phone at first time use :
1. For first time use, when you will turn the SUPERTOOTH® CRYSTAL on by pressing Power Switch (6) for 1 second, it will automatically go to pairing mode. The handsfree kit is now ready for pairing.
2. Access the Bluetooth menu of your phone then execute a Bluetooth search. (See your phone’s manual). When the phone displays the list of Bluetooth devices, select CRYSTAL.
3. Enter pin code 0000 if requested.
4. Accept any connection and pairing prompts on your phone to pair the SUPERTOOTH® CRYSTAL.
5. The handsfree kit is ready to use.

2) Later Pairing :
1. From OFF, press and hold the Power Switch (6) until the LED Indicator (5) turns blinking red/blue. The handsfree kit is now ready for pairing.
2. Access the Bluetooth menu of your phone. Turn on the Bluetooth function then execute a Bluetooth search. (See your phone’s manual). When the phone displays the list of Bluetooth devices, select CRYSTAL.
3. Enter pin code 0000 if requested.
4. Accept any connection or pairing prompt on your phone to pair the SUPERTOOTH® CRYSTAL.
5. The handsfree kit is now ready to use.

3) Easy Pairing :
1. From OFF, press and hold the Power Switch (6) until the LED Indicator (5) turns blinking red/blue. The handsfree kit is now ready for pairing.
2. While the handsfree kit is in pairing mode, shortly press the MFB (8).

Important : Your phone Bluetooth visibility must be ON while performing this procedure.

3. Accept any connection or pairing prompt on your phone to pair the SUPERTOOTH® CRYSTAL.
4. Enter pin code 0000 if requested.
5. The handsfree kit is now ready to use.

 

Installation


1) Place the clip on the sunvisor in such a way that the microphone of the SUPERTOOTH® CRYSTAL will be directed to the mouth of the user.

2) Place the SUPERTOOTH® CRYSTAL on the clip.
